Association's Responsibilities

Items which the Association is responsible to maintain and / or repair:

  • Roofs
  • Siding
  • Foundations
  • Flashing
  • Utility Lines in common or limited common areas servicing more than one unit.
  • Lawn, shrubs, trees, or walks in common or limited common areas
  • Landscaping in common areas
  • Gutters and downspouts
  • Electrical fixtures in common or limited common areas
  • Walkways leading to front door
  • Structures in common areas
  • Exterior painting
  • Snow removal from roadways, driveways and walkways to front door.
