Items which the Association is responsible to maintain and / or repair:
- Roofs
- Siding
- Foundations
- Flashing
- Utility Lines in common or limited common areas servicing more than one unit.
- Lawn, shrubs, trees, or walks in common or limited common areas
- Landscaping in common areas
- Gutters and downspouts
- Electrical fixtures in common or limited common areas
- Walkways leading to front door
- Structures in common areas
- Exterior painting
- Snow removal from roadways, driveways and walkways to front door.
