We are all proud of the way our neighborhood looks. That’s why most of us moved here and I know we all want to keep it that way. The Rules and Regulations pertain to the outside of our homes as well as the common areas. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact any Board Member.
Any and all proposed changes to the exterior of your home, including but not limited to, decks, windows, porches, railings and landscaping must be approved by the board. Please submit any requests in writing to the board member in charge of changes requested by owners, and he will bring to the whole board’s attention. You should have a reply in two weeks following your submission.
