Mission:

Maintain our property to a high standard ensuring property value, resale opportunity, and provide an atmosphere that all residents can proudly call home.

Objective:

Develop and administer a budget that provides for our repetitive expenses, keep our unit owners’ fees reasonable, continue to grow our reserve fund for future expenses and reduce the need to assess.
Review and monitor the Rules and Regulations so as to allow for unit owners personal tastes while preserving the uniformity of condo living.
Research and negotiate service contracts with reputable firms so as to provide our residents with expected services that meet our quality and cost standards.

Association Tactics:

  • Solicit and elect qualified Trustees who understand and accept our mission / objectives and who will work towards their end.
  • Keep all residents informed of the state of the Association to maintain involvement and interest.
  • Retain a trusted, professional, qualified management firm to administer to all segments of our Association.
  • Maintain a sound working relationship with our neighbors on all our borders.
  • Stay informed regarding governmental Laws that could effect our Association.
  • Conduct an external audit every 3-4 years to maintain our financial integrity.
